Work Planning

Individual types of work from the project estimate can be imported into Odoo as bills of materials, which makes it possible to define resources and technological operations, and assign work performers.
Working Time Planning
All project performers are registered in the system. These can be both company employees and external contractors.
The system allows you to plan time for work execution and record the actual time spent.
Work Execution Management
Each task in a project can be planned, launched for execution, paused, or marked as completed. A completion percentage can be specified for each task.
When recording work completion, the system writes off used materials according to defined standards, or as specified manually.
Each employee has the ability to personally manage their tasks. Mobile devices can be used for remote access to the system.
The system provides the ability to analyze work execution efficiency in a project by individual performers or by entire departments.
Procurement Management
Materials calculated for the project are compared with those available in own warehouses, with minimum safety stock levels, and the deficit volume is identified. Purchase requests or internal transfer requests are automatically generated for deficit items.
There are various ways to replenish material stocks: purchasing, in-house production, transfers from other warehouses, or ordering from a subcontractor. Purchase orders are generated automatically. The manager only needs to adjust the proposed option and send the document to the supplier.
The system allows you to control all stages of the relationship with the supplier: requests for quotation, order finalization, prepayment, control of construction material delivery to the warehouse, and final settlements with the partner.
Warehouse Management
For a construction company, organizing the tracking of construction materials is essential. Typically, construction takes place at several sites simultaneously, involving a branched warehouse structure.
All the mentioned material accounting schemes can be automated in the Odoo system. The system should reflect the actual structure of material responsibility of company employees.
